  - 2-10-18: Omar Aviles is currently on a 2 month clearance by Dr. Mitch Jelen but must receive clearance by a cardiologist to continue competing.

    Left Knee X-Ray Required - MUST BE CLEARED BY AN MD BEFORE ALLOWED TO COMPETE AGAIN - Can be cleared by any CSAC Doctor.

  - Xavier Barker was issued a 180 day no training and 180 day no competition Medical Suspension due to KO until **May 31st, 2018 by Dr. Mitchell Jelen.
    NOTE: Xavier Barker refused Doctor's recommendation of immediate Ambulance Transport.
    Because of this, (**) To be cleared to fight again Xavier Barker must attain an MRI and Full Nuero to submit to the IKF AND must be cleared by Neurologist.
    - Dr. Jelen recommended immediate transport to E.R. by ambulance. Xavier Barker was not immediately responsive after being knocked out and unconscious for up to 1 minute or more.
    - Xavier Barker was unable to verbally respond after regaining consciousness and when able to speak had slurred speech.
    - Xavier Barker did not know where he was or what day it was. Dr. Jelen stated that Barker complained of a severe headache and was very agitated, showing significant signs of Concussion, possible brain trama.
    - After evaluation by the paramedics in the ambulance, Barker refused to go the hospital. The Paramedics had Mr. Barker sign a waiver and refusal to be treated. 30-45 minutes later.
    - Xavier Barker walked away from the venue with his family members and trainer/promoter, Rolando Montano. Mr. Montano returned to the venue stating that Xavier Barker had left with his family and that Mr. Barker was going to the E.R. by private vehicle.
3. Ivan Beltran, Los Angeles, California, USA, 0-0, AMMA: 0-3, 148, 5'7", 7-10-99, Matthew Spencer, (323) 899-5195, - (FP: 1-28-19) - (RN: 2-1-20) - (LU: 2-5-19)
  - 2-2-19 - Seal Beach, CA: Irvan Beltran was not cleared by Dr. Jelen during pre-fight physical due to fighters report of back injury during training.
    Beltran was not able to full bend and had limited movement that would render him unable to defend himself properly during the bout.
    Dr. Jelen requests that Mr. Beltran require clearance by an orthopedic doctor.

  - Alfredo Cervantes has been issued a 45 day No Training & 60 Day No Competition Medical Suspension until **April 11th, 2018 by Dr. Mitch Jelen.
    NOTE: Alfredo Cervantes refused Doctor's recommendation of immediate Ambulance Transport.
    Because of this, (**) To be cleared to fight again Alfredo Cervantes must attain an MRI and Full Nuero to submit to the IKF AND must be cleared by Neurologist.
2. Beranadette Casey, Los Angeles, California, USA, 0-1, 155.2, 5'9", 10-20-87, Albert Tapia, (916) 217-8771, - (FP: 1-28-17) - (RN: 1-28-18) - (LU: 1-29-17)
  - Bernadette Casey has been issued a 60 day no training and 60 day no competition Medical Suspension until March 30, 2017 by Dr. Mitch Jelen.
    Ms. Casey must be cleared by M.D.'s discharge order per Dr. Jelen.
    - Shortly following the post bout evaluation, Casey expressed feeling faint and dizziness. She was immediately attended by paramedics and administered an I.V. on site.
      After stabilization Ms. Casey was transported to the closest Emergency Room for further evaluation upon Dr. Jelen's recommendation.

  - 3-25-17: Erick De La Pena was issued a 180 day no training and 180 day no competition Medical Suspension after Injury until September 22, 2017 by Dr. Mitch Jelen.
    Swelling with complaint of pain to the right ankle. Possible fracture after initial examination.
    Must have an x-ray and clear by M.D. to clear suspension.

    On 4-29-17, Burbank, Ca Nathan Foster was issued a 30 day no training and 60 day no competition Medical Suspension until June 29, 2017 by Dr. Larry Vigilia due to TKO at 1:30 of round 1.
    ADDED SUSPENSION: Due to these back to back first round stoppages, IKF has added a "MRI Without Contrast" Requirement before allowed to fight again Suspension.

  - 12-15-17: Mark Mooney was issued a 180 day no training and 180 day no competition Medical Suspension until June 14, 2018 by Dr. Mitch Jelen.
    - Mark complained of dizziness and his speech was slightly impaired showing signs of concussion.
      Dr. Jelen recommended immediate transport to the ER Paramedics evaluated the fighter and gave him the option to be transported or go by his own vehicle. Fighter went on his own.
      Before Mark Mooney Gracia can fight again he must attain an MRI and Full Nuero to submit to the IKF AND must be cleared by Nuerologist.
2. Audra Gonzalez, Gilroy, California, USA, 3-0/1, 125.6, 5'5", 6-24-83, Derek Yuen, (408) 605-0596, - (FP: CSAC HELD) - (RN: 4-18-16) - (LU: 4-191-15)
  - Audra Gonzalez has been issued a 180 day Medical Suspension until October 19th, 2015 for a possible Fractured Right Foot.
    X-Ray is MANDATORY to clear. Can be cleared by Ortho Doctor and must notify IKF on Doctors letterhead and medical clearance report to fight again.
3. Juan Gonzalez, Fremont, California, USA, 2-2, 126, 5'8", 2-4-93, Tong-Uam Naruepon, (510) 717-2855, - (FP: 6-28-15) - (RN: 6-28-16) - (LU: 5-2-16)
  - 4-30-16: Juan Gonzalez was issued an undetermined date Medical Suspension until he is cleared by his physician with no less than, 30 day no training and 45 day no competition by Dr. Mitch Jelen.
    Mr. Gonzalez was transported by ambulance to the nearest trauma center after evaluation by Dr. Jelen in the ring immediately following the K.O.
    It was determined by Dr. Jelen that Mr. Gonzalez's symptoms required immediate attention to be further evaluated by physicians at the nearest trauma center. Suspension clearance to be determined.
4. Chris Guerra, - { Christopher Guerra } - Fresno, California, USA, 3-2, 154.4, 5'9", 7-8-95, Shaun Moore, (559) 213-7258, - (FP: 3-27-17) - (RN: 3-25-18) - (LU: 9-11-17)
  - September 9th, 2017 - Burbank, CA: Chris Guerra was issued a 90 day no training and 90 day no competition Medical Suspension due to KO until December 9, 2017 by Dr. Chyle Beaird M.D.
    Must have medical clearance through Neuro Scan.
    - 2-23-19: Guerra tried to compete at an In Gym event on February 23rd, 2019, having never been cleared through Neuro Scan.

  - Oscar Moller has been placed on indefinite suspension until he submits a FULL Fighter Physical to IKF HQ. Oscar Moller did not attain one for this event.
    - (11-16-19) Oscar Moller Gained over 10% of his weigh-in body weight after weigh-ins. From 156.8 to 173.2.
      - New Max Weight Gain Rule goes into effect on January 1st, 2020. If he comes in over 10% more after January 1st, 2019, he would be suspended and fined.

    Mr. Simmers was checked during the pre-fight physical and after, twice before the event started.
    Simmers has been Medically Suspended 45 days until June 7, 2017 by the IKF or until cleared by an MD. MUST BE CLEARED BY MD TO COMPETE In the future.

His Boxing record was only discovered on his IKF CA Fighter License / Registration form after the event.

        BOTH Bryan Teran "AND" his Trainer Chris Wilson have bee given a 6 MONTH DISCIPLINARY SUSPENSION for not abiding by Teran's Official Medical Suspension.
        
        TO ADD, "AGAIN" Neither Bryan Teran or his Trainer Chris Wilson Divulged Teran's Amateur Boxing Experience when submitting his record for matchmaking for this event, only submitting a fight record of 0-1. BOTH have been suspended until June 17th, 2019 and Fined $200 EACH For their malicious infractions.
