to be held at the Clayton Hotel in Galway, Ireland this coming March 19th is looking strong.

Today the group announced the addition of yet another IKF title bout to mix in with the already scheduled IKF Amateur Unified Rules Lightweight World Title between Paul Huish of Galway, Ireland (21-9-6, 5'6", Black Dragon Gym) and current IKF European Super Lightweight Champion and Dwayne Panka of Amsterdam, Holland (13-2 Mejiro Gym)

Today they added the IKF Junior Amateur Full Contact Rules All Ireland Welterweight Title between Cian McCormac of Galway, Ireland (3-1, 5'10") training out of Black Dragon Gym facing off against Niall Carroll of Kildare, Ireland (8-0) training with Vinnie Murphy.

"These two upcoming Superstars of the sport are the best at their weights in the country and they will meet under Full Contact Kickboxing Rules for the IKF Junior Welterweight All Ireland Title." says Promoter Pete Foley.

"The pair were due to meet in the Full Contact final of the Unified World Championships in Spain last November but Cian injured his knee en route to winning the K-1 Final less than 30 minutes prior and had to withdraw, giving Niall the win by default."

These two young warriors will leave it all in the ring come fight night so make sure your there to witness this top class bout and see the future of our sport up close and personal.

The above bout will be an exciting lead in to the Main Event. Galways very own Paul "The Hurricane" Huish will take on experienced Muay Thai fighter Dwayne Panka from the World renowned Mejiro Gym in Holland for the vacant IKF Unified (K-1) World Title.

The two title bouts will headline this prestigious event which will feature no less than 20 fighters from the Black Dragon Gym in Galway Ireland. Also, this will be a very special event for Foley and his Promotional team as it marks their 20 years of Kickboxing in the City of the Tribes.

Huish, like almost every Kickboxer in Galway is home grown and served his time at the Black Dragon Gym for a dozen or more years. He was recently awarded his 2nd Dan Black Belt and is an assistant coach at the club.

This excellent matchup will be between Charlotte, North Carolina's own Brett "The Fightin Irish" Flenniken and Jerome McLane of Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Flenniken has a current record of 3-1 and stands 5'10". he is trained out of House of Eight Limbs in Charlotte, NC. Flenniken also has numerous IKF Point Kickboxing Tournament wins under his belt which gives him a wealth of fighting experience!

"We've seen him in competition many times and he always gives strong performances while showing the utmost respect to his competition." Says Johnny Davis of AK Promotions.

Jerome McLane is a newcomer to the area but not to the fighting sports. He's been out of the country for several years and most of his fights have taken place some years back. However, he's continued to stay in great shape and in speaking with him…he also keeps his confidence well conditioned! He currently trains at James Simrell MMA and Mclane seems to be very outgoing and wants to build a career in Kickboxing at 29 years old.

Mclane possess some real skill in Kickboxing with a perfect 5-0 record. This undefeated fighter admits he has a little rust under his belt but is excited about getting back into the ring. He's currently in the Military and stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. You can bet he will have in tow a healthy military support to try and forge his way to a title... However Brett Flenniken will be there with weapons of his own to stop the calvary!

On paper, Flenniken vs Mclane is an electrifying Championship Fight! On fight night, this 5 round Modified Muay Thai bout will be another spectacular performance to showcase our great sport of Kickboxing!

Unfortunately, Nelson suffered an injury that may require surgery and therefore had to pull out of the fight.

Hero Vincent is one to watch in the Kickboxing arena. He's trained by Mr. Tai Bradley and the House of Eight Limbs Club also of Charlotte, North Carolina and is also a martial arts and Personal Fitness Trainer. There are a few things you need to know about Vincent…One, he loves himself!…Two…he loves himself! and three…did I mention that he loves himself! Lol...

Vincent is a character who stands out in most crowds… intentionally! His Facebook Page is a collage of selfies of his well conditioned frame laced with slogans of constant motivation to others who may desire to get in better shape.

The dangerous part about the huge love Vincent has for himself is that he takes great pride in his conditioning and trains like a maniac! Moreover, because of that same love for self, he hates to lose! All of these factors translates to a dangerous fighter that will go to extremes to come out victorious! He's a real showman but is in fact, a skilled martial artist and not afraid to show his diverse abilities in the ring as he tries to impress those in attendance and gain new fans!

The 6'3", 25 year old is indeed flamboyant but that's just part of the whole package of Vincent. He's also very marketable and likes to promote himself and his plans… which is not a bad thing either in the fight business. He wants to be a champion and is putting in the work to improve his 3-1 record! Actually, his only loss was in Amateur MMA so he's undefeated in Kickboxing.

Standing in front of him attempting to show that yes, self love is important, but skill has its place in the ring is Kaleb Hunter of Winston Salem, North Carolina, and if he has his way, Vincent's quest to be a champions anytime soon will be snuffed out early! Hunter is also 3-0 which shows he has enough ring experience to offset Vincent's fancy moves and plans to break him down round by round. Vincent will have a 3 inch height advantage which may be the only thing that separates these two undefeated kickboxers.

No headgear will be worn in this three round battle and the fans can look for the room to explode with excitement as these two meet for ring supremacy.

The second edition of GSFN will be on Saturday, February 13th, 2016 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at 7:PM at the Crown Reef Conference Center. Doors will open at 6:PM and fights will start at 7:PM. A full card of exciting matches are being planned and you will not want to miss the action! You Can't Be FIRST...
But You Can Be NEXT...

Virginia Fighters and Brothers Bradley LaPrairie and Travis LaPrairie of Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA are the FIRST Fighter to register to compete in the 2016 IKF World Classic.

This won't be their first IKF Classic either. Last year at the 2015 IKF World Classic, Bradley LaPrairie took home the title in the Junior Flyweight (56 Lbs - 60 Lbs. - PHOTO) Open Muay Thai Rules division for 9 Year Olds.

His brother Travis finished second in the Junior Middleweight (80 Lbs. - 84 Lbs.) Open Muay Thai Rules Division for 12 and 13 Year Olds.

Three months later in October, both entered into the IKF East Coast Classic held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA. This time the brothers swept and both won their divisions.

Bradly won the Junior Boy's Open Modified Muay Thai Rules division (60-64lbs - PHOTO) and Travis won the Junior Boy's Open Junior Welterweight International Rules division (85-90 lbs)

Last year the first to register for the 2015 IKF World Classic was Malachi Cash Of Simpsonville, South Carolina, USA on Friday, January 23rd, 2015. At the tournament Cash finished second in a pretty large bracket. After winning his first bout in only 16 seconds of round 1 by TKO he lost to John Michael Brancaccio (Altamonte Springs, Florida, USA, 7-2-1, AB 3-3) by unanimous decision 30-27, 30-27 & 29-28 in the Open International Rules Super Lightweight Division.

The year before on Thursday, January 16th, 2014 Jordan Navarro was the First to register for the 2013 IKF World Classic!

So the LaPrairie boys are the First! The question now is,
"Who will be NEXT!?"

Adam Michael Stell...

Adam (R) past away at the young age of 28, on the evening of December 27th, 2015, at his home in Fairfield, California. Adam was born in Fairfield on June 11, 1987 as the son of Dan and Brenda Stell. He attended Fairfield High School, where he played football and graduated in 2006.

He worked as a contracted IT tech at Kaiser Oakland. He loved fishing, golfing, video games, barbecuing, the San Francisco Giants and the Atlanta Falcons.

He is survived by his grandmother, Rosemary Knott; mother, Brenda Knott-Birchall and step father, Barry Birchall; father, Dannie Stell, Sr. and step mother, Elaine Jojola; brother, Dannie (Danielle) Stell, Jr.; sister, Kaytla Stell; three aunts, Deanna (Chris) Knott, Tammie (Greg) Hurlbut and Jennifer (Jeremy) Nipper; three uncles, Ron (Trish) Saiz, Butch (Darlene) Stell and Tim (Kyoko) Stell; 12 cousins, Megan Wright, Alexandra Knott, Briahna Nipper, Gavin Hurlbut, Katelyn Nipper, Hailey Hurlbut, Holly Stell, Tanner Stell, Noah Stell, Kersten Stell, Timmy Stell and Lauren Saiz.

Adam is preceded in death by his grandfather, Troy Knott Jr.; grandparents, Larry and Toshiko Stell; uncles, Gary and George Saiz.
