- ENFORCEMENT
- Anyone who has illegally violated the international copyright laws of the IKFKickboxing.com - IKFMuayThai.com website as stated above shall be responsible for any and all International as well as local/regional Legal fees due to their illegal action. This will include all travel fees to and from the violators location if necessary.
- If such an act occurs, the IKF will announce the violation publicly on the IKF NEWS Page. This is to inform those worldwide of the infraction to avoid such further acts of stealing any material from the IKF, International Kickboxing Federation.
- Upon the discovery of the IKF Copyright infringement, the violator will have a period of 24 hours in which to rectify the situation as requested by the IKF.
- In some cases, this may be something as simple as changing or deleting a website page.
- However, in the case of any LOGO Placement use such as on any shirts, hats
etc. to sell or in print media, the situation becomes more complex.
- For printed items, fabric, paper, banners etc. etc, the IKF will require the violator to ship ALL Material to to the IKF World Headquarters via EXPRESS MAIL. The PHYSICAL Express mail shipping address for the IKF is, IKF Kickboxing, 9385 Old State Highway, Newcastle, CA, 95658, USA.
- For distributed products whether in magazine, brochure, book or apparel form, the IKF will determine which course of action to take for each individual incident.
- Additional enforcement procedures will be determined upon the actual incident of infraction as determined by the IKF Legal Team.
- If the violator refuses to comply with the IKF
requests of enforcement of IKF Property,
material, ideas or concepts, the violator will be fined as stated above and
legal proceedings will follow at the violators expense.
