In order for everything to run smooth,
ALL Fighter Aapplications and Registration Fees must be RECEIVED here at the IKF Headquarters By The FIRST DEADLINE Date Of

SEPTEMBER 30th, 2011

Any fighter who's Registration form is RECEIVED -Not Postmarked- Here at the IKF
Headquarters AFTER SEPTEMBER 30th, 2011 will be charged a Late Fee as noted below.

SPECIAL NOTICE!
RULES AFTER FIRST DEADLINE PASSES

ALL DIVISIONS WITHOUT A MINIMUM OF -1- FIGHTER IN THEM WILL CLOSE AS OF SEPTEMBER 30th, 2011.

If you register "After SEPTEMBER 30th, 2011" you must register into a division that has fighter's in it. NOT A CLOSED DIVISION!

All Fighters Will Be Seeded According To WHEN Their Registration Is "RECEIVED" At IKF Headquarters.
-ALL BRACKETS ARE LIMITED TO 8 FIGHTERS ONLY!-

ADDITIONAL LATE FEES
There Are "SIX" Registration Deadlines

1. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30th, 2011
   will be charged an ADDITIONAL $30 Late Fee "IF" Your Registration is accepted at all.
   This Late Fee May Be Paid At the Finals Weigh-ins PRIOR to your weigh-in.
   
   
   
   
2. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 7th, 2011
   will be charged an ADDITIONAL $40 Late Fee "IF" Your Registration is accepted at all.
   This Late Fee May Be Paid At the Finals Weigh-ins PRIOR to your weigh-in.
   
   
   
   
3. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 14th, 2011
   will be charged an ADDITIONAL $50 Late Fee "IF" Your Registration is accepted at all.
   This Late Fee Must be paid along with your registration.
   
   
   
   
4. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 21st, 2011
   will be charged an ADDITIONAL $60 Late Fee "IF" Your Registration is accepted at all.
   This Late Fee Must be paid along with your registration which will be $115.00 (Check/Cash) or $120.00 (Credit Card/Pay Pal)
   
   
   
   
5. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 28th, 2011, 5:00 PM "Pacific Time".
   will be charged a FLAT FEE of $135.00 (Check/Cash) or $140.00 (Credit Card/Pay Pal) - "IF" Your Registration is accepted at all.
   This Late Fee Must be paid along with your registration.
   
   
   
   
6. LATE ADDITION REGISTRATIONS:
   • The IKF will accept what is called "LATE ADDITION REGISTRATIONS". These Registrations are as follows:
     • Registrations Received Between OCTOBER 31st, 2011 at 12:01 AM "Pacific Time" until Friday, NOVEMBER 4th at 3:00 PM "Pacific Time".
       • Registration Fee of $155.00. ($160 if by Credit Card)
         • MUST INCLUDE HEADSHOT PHOTO! If No Photo, NO REGISTRATION!
           • Photo can be mailed if RECEIVED at IKF Office BEFORE Friday, NOVEMBER 4th at 3:00 PM/PST.
           • Or sent as a jpg file via e-mail to main@ikfkickboxing.com - Type "WCC PHOTO" In The Subject Line.
         • These fighters will not be listed in the event Program Books.

NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4th at 3:00 PM/PST PACIFIC TIME!
