Our 12,000 square feet facility includes two gyms and all our companies under the IFS banner.
The IFS Headquarters is the upstairs portion of our facility and takes in approximately 3,000 square feet.

GYM AREA ENTRY / LOBBY AREA

Since the club itself is a Private facility, an impressive storefront is not our main concern.
From the outside we have two doors. The Lower door enters to the Gym area while the upper door enters into the International Fight Sports Offices.
Here are the various parts of the facility below.

Our entry is almost hidden to those unknown to the club. However, once in, one will see a hidden oasis of a top class martial arts, kickboxing and boxing facility of over 10,000 sq feet in size .

If you enter through the Lower Gym Door and walk down the stairs you will enter into the Gym Lobby and Lounge Area. A large 13' x 8' waterfall mural is the backdrop of this 20' x 20' waiting area.
The entire lobby area is over 800 square feet in size. From the lobby, one can view the kickboxing and boxing classes at Ringside Gym through the viewing window on one end or watch the Martial Arts classes through the large glass viewing windows (6' x 20') on the other end.
In addition there are both Men's (PHOTO / PHOTO) & Women's (PHOTO / PHOTO) locker rooms with lockers, showers, bathroom and changing areas.

When it comes to viewing fight videos or just watching a movie, the Media Room is just the place to be.
With a "150" inch Projection Screen with 5.1 surround sound this media room is like being at the movies.
Dim the lights and the punches appear to be coming right at you.








WHO'S WHO WALL
If your someone, your on one of the several "Who's Who" walls within the Headquarters. From champions to movie stars, if you have been associated with the IKF - ISCF or the IAB in some way, your probably on one of these walls.

Tucked away in his little corner of the complex is Mr. Fossum's Office. At 25 x 15 it allows enough room to get work done, hold conference calls as well as have small meetings.

WEIGHTROOM



















TRAINING / CLASS ROOM

The main floor has 50 feet of mirrors in the 55' x 25' room with 1,375 square feet of space.
The entire main workout sub floor below the mats features 2 layers of shock resistant padding for extra safety.

A 20 x 20 Professional Boxing Ring sits at one end of the room for light to full contact sparring.

BAG ROOM
The Bag Room is a 20 x 30 matted room dedicated for heavy bags, speed bags, target bags and other training equipment.





















KICKBOXING & BOXING ROOM

RINGSIDE GYM

Located inside our building is RINGSIDE GYM which is owned by Greg Kirkpatrick. This room use to be the Kickboxing and Boxing part of Fossum's Karate & Kickboxing when Mr. Fossum had his martial arts school in the building. When he closed the school, Greg took over renting the space for his RINGSIDE GYM.

Measuring 50' wide by 80' feet long it is one of the largest kickboxing and boxing gyms around at 4,000 square feet in size. And that's just the Gym/Workout area which does not include the rest of the gym (Offices, locker rooms, etc. etc.) This room is a fighters DREAM!!! Made especially for fighters!!!

HOW TO GET HERE

From Bay Area - Sacramento
Take Hwy 80 to Newcastle Exit, left over Freeway, follow as road turns right at post office. At top of hill, left on MAIN Street. At "Y" At fire Station, go left on Cypress, at top of hill at Newcastle produce, go left. Our entrance is a single white door in the middle of all the small warehouse/mini storage units. On the door says RINGSIDE GYM. The building itself is a Rust Color Building, with Dark Green trim.

From Reno

BELT AND AWARD MANUFACTURING ROOM
Title Belts, Trophies, Plaques, Medals you name it, this room is the production room for International Fight Belts creating awards for Fight Sports as well as all kinds of other events.








WORLD CLASSIC EQUIPMENT ROOM

When July comes around each year it's time to pack the IFS Trailer for the yearly IKF World Classic Tournament in Orlando, Florida.
This one room is dedicated for all the equipment and office supplies just for this yearly event and pretty much Everything in this room is loaded up.
