The IKF was the First Kickboxing Organization/Press to truly recognize
Cung Le's Talent with stories about him on the IKF web pages
when they first saw him fight in the late 90's in an event called DRAKA.
For all their PPV Events events Stell was a Referee and Fossum was the Ring Announcer.
